Social media has introduced a host of problems regarding misinformation. In this module, we will discuss: 

• The crisis of misinformation as it relates to vaccines and the diseases they prevent
• The steps that providers can take to combat this problem

Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this module, learners will be able to:

1. Describe two ways in which social media is used to spread misinformation
2. Develop an example response to a vaccine concern using the key elements of an effective message.
